How To – Pay Your NYC Parking Ticket BY MAIL

There are multiple ways to pay your New York City parking tickets. The easiest and most secure option is to pay online by clicking here.  If you need to send it by mail via the post office, please follow the instructions below:

Parking Ticket Payments
Follow the instructions on the back of the ticket. Respond early enough to allow for mail delivery.  Finance must receive your response to the ticket by the 30th day from the date the ticket was issued.

Enclose a check or money order for the full amount indicated on the front of the ticket.  Write the ticket number, your license plate number, and the state of the vehicle registration on the front of your payment.

Red Light/Bus Lane Camera Violations
You must write the Notice of Liability number, License Plate number and State of Registration on the front of your personal check or money order. Do not send cash.

Parking Ticket Tip: “Don’t park here during the time and day posted on sign.”

The street cleaning parking sign tells a driver that they may NOT park their vehicle at this location during certain days between specified hours.  This specific sign states you CANNOT park your vehicle to the LEFT of the sign on a TUESDAY between the hours of 8AM and 11AM.
